RACERZ is a competitive ranked-running app that lets runners race each other through simulated head-to-head races. If you have a question, feedback, or a problem with your account, we are happy to help.
We aim to respond within two business days. This address is also our single point of contact for users and authorities.
To report illegal content or content that violates our Terms of Service (posts, comments, chat messages, usernames, reward labels), email contact@bredapplications.com with the username or a description of where you saw the content, and the reason for your report. We confirm receipt, review every report, and tell you the outcome. If we remove content or restrict an account, the affected user receives a statement of reasons and can contest the decision through the same address.
To exercise your privacy rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, consent withdrawal), use the app — Profile → Settings → Download My Data for a full export — or email us for any other request. See the Privacy Policy and the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for details.
Delete your account any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account — immediate and permanent. If you no longer have the app installed, see the account deletion page.
If a race result was invalidated or your account was restricted and you believe it was a mistake, reply to the decision or write to contact@bredapplications.com within 14 days. A person with authority to overturn the decision reviews every appeal and answers within one month.
