Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Email contact@bredapplications.com from the email address tied to your RACERZ account, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify your identity, complete the deletion within 30 days, and send you a confirmation.
Everything tied to your account: profile, runs and statistics, match history, ELO ratings and audit history, posts, comments, likes, friendships, club memberships, chat messages, notifications, and your physiological data. Deletion is complete — nothing is retained in the live service.
One caveat, stated plainly: routine encrypted backups are taken on a rolling schedule, so a copy of your data can survive in a backup for a short time after deletion. Those backups are never used to serve the app or to restore a deleted account, and your data disappears from them within 30 days.
Active subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google: cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges. Deleting your RACERZ account does not cancel store billing on its own.
